Les séances coachées en groupe sont annulées. Nous avons mis en place un planning de séances sans coach à la place. Chaque séance, d’une durée d’une heure, n’autorise la présence que d’une personne à la fois. Vous pouvez dès à présent réserver un créneau en ligne. Pour réserver vous devez avoir des tickets pour les séances libres.
Si vous souhaitez réaliser des séances coachées, c’est également possible. Ces séances sont individuelles, vous aurez donc le coach rien que pour vous. Pour réserver il faut acheter une séance coachée en ligne, le coach vous recontacte pour prendre rendez-vous. Le tarif est exceptionnellement de 45 € au lieu de 90 € afin de nous soutenir nos coachs dans cette nouvelle épreuve.
Enfin nous reprenons les séances de home-trainer en direct. Deux séances par semaine, le mardi et le jeudi, à 7h le matin. Ces séances sont limitées à 10 inscrits, avec un coach qui réalise la séance sur Zoom. Vous pouvez-vous inscrire sur le planning avec vos tickets ou votre abonnement.
Toutes les autres prestations individuelles continuent au Centre d’entrainement : études posturales, PMA, bilan de pédalage et diagnostic sont toujours disponibles.
